摘要
“产出导向法”(简称POA)是一种新型的“以学生为中心”的教学理念,本研究将POA运用于专门用途英语的教学,通过对比教学实验,辅以问卷调查及个体访谈,探究POA对于专门用途英语教学的优势及局限性。研究发现,POA能提高学生学习动力,能更有效帮助学生解构专业文献,因而阅读文献效率更高,对文章理解及概括复述能力更强,但同时该教学理念在教学内容和学生层次方面有一定局限性。
Production-oriented approach is a new"student-centered"teaching concept.This study applies POA to ESP teaching.Through comparative teaching experiments,supplemented by questionnaires and individual interviews,it explores the advantages and limitations of POA in ESP teaching.The study finds that POA can improve students’learning motivation and help them deconstruct professional documents more effectively,so it is more efficient to read documents and have stronger ability to understand and summarize articles.But at the same time,the teaching concept has some limitations in teaching content and students’level.
