食品科学专业英语教学方法的探讨

摘要 科技发展的日趋国际化使得英语在食品专业的学术交流中不可或缺,专业英语教学对于高校培养应用型高素质人才至关重要。本文从食品科学专业英语教学内容、教学方式、情感交流等方面阐述了专业英语授课的具体过程和心得体会。通过不断探索和实践,着重培养学生创新思维,加强学生获取最新学科前沿知识的能力和实际应用能力。 With the increasing internationalization of science and technology,English is indispensable in the academic exchanges of food majors.Specialized English teaching is very important for the cultivation of high-quality applied talents in Colleges and universities.This paper expounds the specific process and experience of teaching food science English from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods and emotional communication.Through continuous exploration and practice,we focus on cultivating students’innovative thinking,strengthening students’ability to acquire the latest frontier knowledge and practical application ability.
