摘要 随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,越来越多的中国消费者开始追求快捷、高效的消费方式,商户们也在寻求着低成本、高服务的运营模式。系统基于各大超市的无人格子货柜,集线下无人超市、格子铺、无人快递柜、私人储物柜、线上商城、F2C兼直销模式、O2O“3D打印”输入需求输出等服务,从供应商的产品信息和选址信息、市场商场的门店设计和人员方案管理到消费者的消费热点和选购需求等做了详尽的分析和调研,建立了ERP模型,并对模型系统进行了大量的测试并进行算法改善和问题解决,完成了无人格子货柜的线上APP开发。对于超市无人格子柜的运营模式,项目方案参考了国内外用户体验较好的无人超市的门店运营方案,优化得出商家的盈利模式方案,并对每一个模块进行SWOT分析以控制成本和风险。 With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system,more and more Chinese consumers begin to pursue fast and efficient consumption mode.Businessmen are also seeking low-cost,high-service operation mode.The system is based on impersonal sub-containers of major supermarkets,unmanned supermarkets,lattice shops,unmanned express cabinets,private storage cabinets,online shopping malls,F2C concurrent direct selling mode,input and demand output of O2O"3D printing",and other services,from product information and location information of suppliers,store design and personnel program management of market stores to consumer consumption hotspots and purchase needs.After detailed analysis and investigation,the ERP model is established,and a large number of tests are carried out on the model system to improve the algorithm and solve the problem.The on-line APP development of unmanned lattice container is completed.For the operation mode of supermarket unmanned lattice cabinet,the project refers to the operation scheme of unmanned supermarket with better user experience at home and abroad,optimizes the profit mode scheme of the merchants,and carries out SWOT analysis on each module to control costs and risks.
