近年来,我省部分市区PM10、PM2.5指数居高不下,雾霾天气频发,扬尘污染已成为城市大气污染的主要因子,因此,研究解决扬尘污染是打好扬尘管控攻坚战,贯彻落实蓝天保卫战三年行动计划,不断增强人民群众在生态环境改善中的安全感、获得感,是推进生态文明建设,建设美丽城市的迫切需要。

In recent years,PM10 and PM2.5 indexes in some urban areas of our province havebeen remaininghigh.Smoggy weather occurs frequently and dust pollution has become the main factor of urban air pollution.Therefore,Studying and solving dust pollution is an urgent need for implementing thethree-year action plan of Blue Sky Defence War,continuously enhancing the sense of security and benefit of the masses in the improvement of the ecological environment,promoting the construction of ecological civilization and building the beautiful city.
