探讨经阴道超声联合经腹超声在瘢痕子宫妊娠诊断应用价值

The value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of scar uterus pregnancy

目的:探究瘢痕子宫妊娠孕妇经联合不同途径开展超声检查的效果及价值。方法:择取2017年4月至2018年8月人民医院收治的56例瘢痕子宫妊娠孕妇为研究对象,分别行经腹超声、经阴道超声及经腹联合经阴道超声检查,应用统计学软件比较3种检查方式对瘢痕子宫妊娠检出率及漏诊情况。结果:经腹超声诊断准确率为75.00%(42/56),经阴道超声诊断准确率为78.57%(44/56),联合超声诊断准确率为94.64%(53/56),联合诊断准确率显著高于两种诊断方式单独应用效果,数据差异经比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道联合经腹超声对瘢痕子宫妊娠具有较高的诊断有效率,可对孕妇分娩方式的选择、医生治疗干预方案的制定提供有效依据。

Objective:To investigate the effect and value of ultrasound examination in pregnant women with scar uterus pregnancy.Methods:A total of 56 pregnant women with scar uterus pregnancy admitted to the People's Hospital from April 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled.The patients underwent transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal transvaginal ultrasonography.Statistical software compared the detection rate and missed diagnosis of scar uterus pregnancy by three methods.Results:In this group of 56 pregnant women,the accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis was 75.00%(42/56),the accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis was 78.57%(44/56),and the accuracy of combined ultrasound diagnosis was 94.64%(53/56).The diagnostic accuracy was significantly higher than that of the two diagnostic methods alone,and the data differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal combined with transabdominal ultrasound has a high diagnostic efficiency for scar uterine pregnancy,which can provide an effective basis for the choice of delivery methods and the development of doctors'treatment interventions.
