城镇职工闲暇生活方式研究

Study on Leisure Life Style of Urban Workers

我国城镇职工总数已达到3.91亿左右,城镇职工是我国经济发展的重要支柱。本文基于生活方式视角,采用因子分析和OLS模型对CGSS2015数据进行实证分析,研究城镇职工闲暇生活方式及影响因素。结果表明:个人特征、家庭特征和工作特征对城镇职工闲暇活动产生影响,其中,工作特征中全年职业收入和每周工作时间影响最大。随着年龄增长,城镇职工的纯消遣性活动减少,子女数量的增加导致城镇职工纯消遣性活动和审美性活动减少,家庭交往活动上存在明显的性别差异,女性比男性在陪伴家人上花费更多时间,受教育程度提高对城镇职工个人增加活动有显著促进作用。

The total number of urban employees in China has reached 391 million.Urban workers are an important pillar in China s economic development.Based on the lifestyle perspective, this paper made an empirical research on CGSS2015 data using factor analysis and OLS model.The result shows that personal characteristics,family characteristics and job characteristics all have an impact on leisure activities of urban workers.Moreover,in job characteristics,the annual employment income and workweek have the greatest impact on the leisure activities of urban workers.Urban workers have reduced their recreational activities with age, and the increase in the number of children has led to a reduction in the pure recreational activities and aesthetic activities of urban workers.There are obvious gender differences in family interactions,with females spending more time with their families than males.The improvement of education level greatly promotes urban workers to take part in a wide variety of activities.
