火焰光度计法测试卷烟纸中钾(钠)含量

Determination of the kalium and sodium contents in cigarette paper through flame photometry

将火焰发射光谱技术应用于卷烟纸中钾(钠)测定。根据卷烟纸的特殊性,样品采用水抽提的方法,分析时利用火焰光度计进行检测。该方法具有较好的线性(r=0.996~0.998)和精密度(RSD在5.0%以下),回收率在95.8%~103.7%之间,检出限在0.028~0.032μg/ml之间。该方法操作简便、快速,具有结果准确、可靠,成本低等特点。

Considering the particularity of cigarette paper,a method of the determination on the kalium and sodium contents in cigarette paper through f lame photometry was studied in this paper.This method had good linear behavior(r=0.996~0.998)and precision(RSD<5.0%),the recovery rate was 95.8%~103.7%,and the detection limit was 0.028~0.032μg/ml.This method was simple,high sensitivity,low cost and convenient to be operated,and the testing result was precise and reliable.
