重庆高校大学生冬季季节性行为模式问卷调查研究

Questionnaire Analysis on Seasonal Behavior of College Students in Chongqing in Winter

重庆作为中国第V类光气候区的典型城市,冬季日照缺乏直接影响大学生在校期间生理心理健康。对重庆地区在校大学生进行抑郁自评量表(SDS)和季节行为模式(SPAQ)问卷调查,结果显示,冬季日照缺乏会降低学生的学习效率,产生抑郁情绪,尤其是来自日照丰富地区的学生,冬季行为特征产生明显变化。

As a typical city in China’s class V light climate zone,the lack of sunlight in Chongqing in winter has a direct impact on the physical and mental health of college students.Take the Chongqing as the example,conducted the questionnaire survey on Seasonal Pattern Assessment Questionnaire(SPAQ)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)of college students,the results showed that the lack of sunlight will affect students’emotion and learning efficiency,especially students from sunny areas,the winter behavior characteristics produced significant changes.
