基于生态资产价值的长江流域生态经济协调关系研究

Study on the Coordinated Relationship of Ecological Economy in the Yangtze River Basin Based on the Value of Ecological Assets

在生态文明建设的大背景下,以长江流域为研究对象,利用现代地理信息技术,对2000、2010年的生态系统功能与效益价值进行核算,并分析其生态资产时空格局变化.构建空间生态资产价值与经济的协调度模型,对长江流域生态与经济发展水平协调状况进行测算.结果表明:1) 2000、2010年长江流域生态资产价值分别为45650.87、46 141.30亿元,增长了490.44 亿元;2)生态资产价值整体呈现西北低、东南高的空间分布格局,与长江流域植被地带性与河流湖泊分布的格局基本一致;3)长江流域生态经济协调类型以潜在冲突区为主,低冲突区次之,协调区面积仅占9.44%,区域生态经济协调程度低,可持续水平有待加强.

Under the background of the construction of ecological civilization, taking the Yangtze River valley as the research object and using the modern geography information technology, the paper calculates the ecosystem functions and benefits of the year 2000 and 2010, and analyzes the changes of the spatial and temporal patterns of the ecological assets. Construct a model for coordinating the value of ecological assets and economy in the space and calculate the coordination of ecological and economic development in the Yangtze River Basin. The results show that: 1) the value of ecological assets in the Yangtze River valley in 2000 and 2010 were 45 650.87 ,46 141.3 billion yuan, an increase of 49.044 billion yuan;2) the value of ecological assets as a whole showed the spatial distribution pattern of low and high southeast of the Yangtze River. The pattern of the distribution of lakes is basically the same;3) the coordination pattern of ecological economy in the Yangtze River Basin is mainly in the potential crisis area, followed by the low conflict areas, accounting for only 9.44% of the coordination area;the regional ecological and economic coordination is low and the sustainable level needs to be strengthened.
