尾菜处理利用技术研究进展与研究思路探讨

Research progress and discussion on treatment and utilization techniques of vegetable wastes

有效利用尾菜资源,有利于解决尾菜引起的环境污染问题,促进蔬菜产业可持续发展。尾菜处理利用技术是实现尾菜资源化利用的关键,本文从尾菜饲料化、肥料化、基质化、原料化和能源化5个方面对国内外尾菜处理利用技术研究进展进行了介绍,并根据尾菜的种类、分级及来源,对尾菜处理利用技术的研究开发和选用进行了探讨。

Effective utilization of the vegetable wastes resources can solve the environmental pollution caused by vegetable wastes,and promote the sustainable development of the vegetable industry.The technology of processe and utilization of vegetable wastes is the key to realize the utilization of vegetable wastes.This paper introduced the research progress of domestic and foreign processing and utilization technologies from the aspects of feed,fertilizer,substrate,raw material and energy.This paper also discussed how to develop and select vegetable wastes processing and utilization technology according to the type,classification and source of vegetable wastes.
