酶标分析仪工作原理及在消化食物不耐受检测中的应用

Working Principle of Enzyme Label Analyzer and Its Application in the Detection of Digestive Food Intolerance

目的根据酶标分析仪工作原理及特性,采用酶联免疫吸附法,检测14种食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体,达到指导健康饮食的目的。方法以我科300例腹泻患者为研究对象,采用酶标分析仪检测其外周血中14种常见食物特异性IgG抗体水平,并根据检测结果对食物不耐受患者进行健康饮食指导。结果 300例进行食物不耐受检测的患者中,有255例阳性结果,阳性率达85%。通过针对性的饮食指导,患者食物不耐受情况明显改善。结论酶标分析仪能及时发现腹泻患者不耐受的食物,在食物不耐受检测及防治方面发挥了重要作用。

Objective To achieve the guidance of a healthy diet, 14 food allergene-specific IgG antibodies was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) according to the working principle and characteristics of the enzyme label analyzer. Methods A total of 300 patients with diarrhea in our department were selected as the research subjects. The levels of 14 common food-specific IgG antibodies in their peripheral blood were detected by an enzyme label analyzer. Furthermore,the healthy diet of the patients with food intolerance was guided according to the test results. Results Of the 300 patients tested for food intolerance, 255 showed positive results, with a positive rate of 85%. The food intolerance of the patients was significantly improved by the targeted dietary guidance. Conclusion The enzyme-label analyzer can detect the food intolerance in patients with diarrhea in time and plays an important role in the detection and prevention of food intolerance.
