医院改扩建中设备采购策略流程方法的探讨

目的为了解决我院改扩建以后需要集中大量采购医疗设备的问题。方法本研究首先分析了我院原来的医疗设备采购流程,发现问题并进行总结。然后,结合改扩建这一实际情况,优化更新了我院的医疗设备采购流程。结果新的采购流程更贴合改扩建后的实际需求,时间节点明确,使医院在改扩建以后在最短的时间内投入使用。另外,在医疗设备的采购数量可维持各科室的正常运行的情况下,新的采购流程将采购成本控制在合理的范围内。结论建新的采购流程可以为各医院改扩建后医疗设备的采购提供参考。

Objective To solve the problem of medical equipment purchase in our hospital after the reconstruction and expansion.Methods Firstly, the original medical equipment procurement process of our hospital was analyzed, and the problems were found and summarized in this study. Then, combined with the actual situation of reconstruction and expansion, the medical equipment procurement process of our hospital was optimized and updated. Results The new procurement process was more in line with the actual needs after the reconstruction and expansion, and the time node was clear, so that the hospital could be put into use in the shortest time after the reconstruction and expansion. In addition, under the condition that the procurement quantity of medical equipment could maintain the normal operation of each department, the new procurement process could control the procurement cost within a reasonable range. Conclusion The new procurement process can provide reference for the procurement of medical equipment after the reconstruction and expansion of hospitals.
