摘要
本文介绍了选矿拜耳法氧化铝生产过程中,硫积累到一定值时,对溶出、赤泥沉降、蒸发及产品质量均造成不利的影响,且使钢质设备严重腐蚀;通过对系统硫的收支平衡计算,发现铝土矿带入的硫是系统硫的主要来源,必须从源头严格控制铝土矿中硫的含量,浮选法脱除铝土矿中的硫是比较经济可行的脱硫方法,经过浮选脱硫,铝土矿中的硫从1.8%降至0.3%左右,可满足生产需要,使高品位、高硫铝土矿得到了综合利用。另外本文还简要介绍了氧化法、添加除硫剂等其他脱硫方法。
This paper introduces the bad effects of sulfur on digestion,red mud settlement,evaporation,quality of product and serious corrosion on steel equipment during the alumina ore-dressing Bayer process.By computing the balance of sulfur in production system,it can be observed that the bauxite is the major sulfur source.To control the sulfur content in bauxite,one of the most economic feasible technique is the floatation method.By applying the floatation method,the sulfur content in bauxite decreases from 1.8%to 0.3%approximately,thereby satisfying the production needs,and achieving the comprehensive utilization of high sulfur-content bauxite.In addition,this paper also introduces the other techniques of desulfurization,such as oxidation method,and adding sulfur-elimination agents etc.
