摘要
先进行选择性催化还原法脱硝,再将余热进行回收,进而再利用D-RD技术进行脱硫,最后通过两级处理进行除尘的新技术,完成了焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝余热回收的一体化作业。笔者简要分析了该工艺的工作流程及机理,并阐述了该工艺在实际应用过程中的环保、经济指标。从多个月的实际应用结果来看,工艺连续行运行的稳定性较高。
Firstly,the selective catalytic reduction method is used for denitration,and then the waste heat is recovered,and then the D-RD technology is used for desulfurization.Finally,the new technology of dust removal by two-stage treatment is completed,and the coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitration waste heat recovery is completed.Work.The author briefly analyzes the workflow and mechanism of the process,and describes the environmental and economic indicators of the process in the actual application process.From the practical application results of several months,the stability of continuous operation of the process is high.
