选矿自动化控制新应用

New Application of Automation Control in Mineral Processing

在选矿生产过程中,由于传统选矿设备在实际应用时存在选矿生产效率低下,选矿生产质量不高等问题,因此,诸多矿山企业都将目光放在选矿技术的创新工作上。随着我国自动化技术应用范围的不断扩大,当前,该项技术已经广泛应用于工业领域当中,并且取得了一定成绩。尤其在选矿生产工作中,应用自动化控制技术能够极大的提升选矿生产的产品质量以及生产效率。基于此,本文主要针对当前我国选矿自动化控制的应用展开研究,希望能够为相关技术人员提供理论帮助指导。

In the process of mineral processing production,many mining enterprises focus on the innovation of mineral processing technology because of the problems of low production efficiency and low quality of mineral processing production in the practical application of traditional mineral processing equipment.With the continuous expansion of the application scope of automation technology in China,at present,this technology has been widely used in the industrial field,and has made some achievements.Especially in the production of mineral processing,the application of automatic control technology can greatly improve the product quality and production efficiency of mineral processing production.Based on this,this paper mainly focuses on the current application of mineral processing automation control in China,hoping to provide theoretical guidance for relevant technical personnel.
