摘要
本文通过对选矿厂粗破破碎机锥体的材料焊接性和锥体轴颈部磨损位置形成的缺陷分析,采用新的焊接材料和特殊的焊接工艺措施,在调质状态下进行焊接时,既能有效地防止热影响区的脆化和软化以及近缝区的冷裂倾向,又能确保锥体的装配尺寸和使用性能。
By analyzing the weldability of the cone material of crusher in concentrator and the defects formed in the wear position of the cone shaft neck,this paper adopts new welding materials and special welding technology measures to weld in quenched and tempered condition,which can not only effectively prevent the embrittlement and softening of heat affected zone and the tendency of cold cracking in the near seam area,but also ensure the assembly size and usability of the cone.Yes.
