摘要
对纯钛轧制用的多辊轧机结构进行介绍,以轧制力为主要作用力,分析影响轧制力传递到侧支撑的主要因素。根据分析结果和生产实际,提出通过调节侧支撑对中值和工作辊偏心量来改变侧支撑受力角度,达到解决侧支撑受力过大方法。
The structure of multi-roll rolling mill for pure titanium rolling is introduced.The rolling force is the main force,and the main factors affecting the transfer of rolling force to side support are analyzed.According to the analysis results and production practice,the method of changing the force angle of the side support by adjusting the median value of the side support and the eccentricity of the work roll is proposed to solve the problem of excessive force of the side support.
