锌挥发窑渣提取优质还原铁粉和碳粉的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 锌挥发窑渣通常含有大量的碳粉和铁等许多有价元素,目前主要用于铺路或者制砖原料,其中的金属铁和碳末得到和合理的开发利用,造成了资源的巨大浪费,本文根据窑渣的性质,开发了金属铁和碳粉综合回收工艺,得到了金属铁品位89.23%的还原铁粉和碳含量82.34%的优质碳粉,实现了窑渣中金属铁和碳资源的高效回收,对于锌挥发窑渣的综合利用具有一定的指导意义。 Zinc volatile kiln slag usually contains a lot of valuable elements such as carbon powder and iron.At present,it is mainly used for paving roads or making bricks.The metal iron and carbon in the slag have not been exploited and utilized reasonably,resulting in a huge waste of resources.According to the properties of kiln slag,a comprehensive recovery process of metal iron and carbon powder has been developed,and reduced iron powder and carbon with iron grade of 89.23%have been obtained.The high quality carbon powder with 82.34%content realizes the efficient recovery of metal iron and carbon resources in kiln slag,which has certain guiding significance for the comprehensive utilization of zinc volatilization kiln slag.
