摘要 现阶段,随着我国在工业检测领域的不断探索,超声无损检测技术已经基本趋近于成熟,在金属工业生产当中得到了极为广泛的运用。通过超声无损检测技术能够及时准确的发现金属材料在焊接过程中的断点,从而保证金属焊接材料的内外部完整性。在下文中笔者将从技术角度入手,对超声无损检测技术在金属材料焊接当中的应用进行详细的研究分析,进而推动我国的超声无损检测技术不断的发展和完善。 At this stage,with the continuous exploration of China in the field of industrial testing,ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology has basically approached maturity and has been widely used in the production of metal industry.Ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology can timely and accurately find the breakpoint of metal materials during the welding process,thus ensuring the internal and external integrity of the metal welding materials.In the following,the author will start from the technical point of view,carry out detailed research and analysis on the application of ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology in the welding of metal materials,and then promote the continuous development and improvement of ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology in China.
