摘要
金属间化合物RuAl具有2300K的高熔点、室温下良好的延展性、韧性及高温强度等优异性能特点,成为广泛应用前景的航天航空高温结构材料之一。但RuAl金属间化合物制备与抗高温氧化性差是制约其应用的关键因素。基于此,一是分析了RuAl金属间化合物制备方法;二是从金属和非金属合金化、晶体界面与缺陷以及高温防护涂层等3个方面综述了RuAl抗高温氧化的方法,并展望了提高RuAl实际应用的途径与方法。
The intermetallic compound RuAl has excellent properties such as high melting point of 2300K,good ductility,toughness and high temperature strength at room temperature.It has become one of the high temperature structural materials for aerospace and aeronautics with wide application prospects.However,the poor preparation and high temperature oxidation resistance of RuAl intermetallics are the key factors that restrict their application.Based on this,one is to analyze the preparation methods of RuAl intermetallics.The other is to summarize the methods of high temperature oxidation resistance of RuAl from three aspects:metal and non-metal alloying,crystal interface and defects,and high temperature protective coatings.Meanwhile,the ways and methods to improve the practical application of RuAl are prospected.
