摘要
在钒钛磁铁矿中二氧化钛测定方面,采用传统方法存在精度不高、分析效率低等问题。基于这种认识,本文分别采用硫酸高铁铵滴定法和等离子发射光谱法对磁铁矿中二氧化钛含量进行测定。结果表明,光谱法测定精度更高,操作便利,适用于批量工作;滴定法成本较低,测定精度较好,适用于选矿工艺。
In the determination of titanium dioxide in vanadium-titanium magnetite,the traditional method has some problems,such as low accuracy and low analysis efficiency.Based on this understanding,the content of titanium dioxide in magnetite was determined by ammonium ferric sulfate titration and plasma emission spectrometry,respectively.The results show that the spectrometric method has higher accuracy,convenient operation and is suitable for batch work.The titration method has lower cost and better accuracy,and is suitable for mineral processing.
