粗颗粒矿石沉降和气力提升试验研究

摘要 对直径0.5mm-6mm粗颗粒进行搅拌下的沉降性能以及空气提升试验研究,以期获得粗颗粒搅拌浸出空气提升连续作业的目的。研究表明,空气提升在流量不需要控制的情况下,能实现浸出槽间粗颗粒的输送,实现连续作业目的,足够转速的条件下,能实现混合不沉降。 The settling performance of coarse particles with diameter of 0.5-6mm under agitation and the air lifting test were carried out in order to obtain the purpose of continuous operation of air lifting by agitation leaching of coarse particles.The research shows that the air lift can realize the transportation of coarse particles between leaching tanks without controlling the flow rate,realize the purpose of continuous operation,and realize the non-settlement of mixing under the condition of sufficient rotational speed.
