摘要
针对危险爆炸品或电子类产品在运输中可能出现的不确定情况,传统的方法是出厂前使用振动试验台进行一系列的试验,本文提出了一种离散滑模振动主控制系统。结合振动试验台在试验过程中的不确定性,引入滑模变结构控制,在传统设定试验轨迹的基础上,增加了危险品或电子类产品在运输中出现的多干扰、多扰动情况,设计了滑模振动主控制系统,并给出了统一的数学描述。
In view of the uncertainties that may occur in the transportation of dangerous explosives or electronic products,the traditional method is to use a vibration test bench for a series of tests before leaving the factory.This paper proposes a discrete sliding mode vibration main control system.Combined with the uncertainty of the vibration test bench in the test process,the sliding mode variable structure control is introduced.On the basis of the traditional set test trajectory,the multiinterference and multi-disturbance of dangerous goods or electronic products in transportation are increased.The main control system of sliding mode vibration is designed and a unified mathematical description is given.
