摘要
畜产品安全检测是发现畜产品安全问题的重要的技术保障;色谱技术是畜产品安全检测最主要的技术手段。本文就色谱技术的种类、原理及在兽药残留检测、农药残留检测、违禁添加物质检测等方面的应用进行分析总结,以期为畜产品安全检测的研究和学习提供参考。
Livestock products safety detectionwas an important technical guarantee for detecting animal product safety problems. Chromatographic technology was also the most important technology for livestock products safety detection. This paper analyzes and summarizes the types and principles of chromatographic technology and its application in veterinary drug residue detection , pesticide residue detection , and detection of banned substances , and provides references for the learning and research of animal product safety testing.
