摘要
对浙江嘉兴某猪场发病猪只,通过发病情况、临床症状、病理检查和实时荧光定量PCR(QuantitativeReal-timePCR,qPCR)等诊断方法,确诊该猪场猪只为猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)感染。通过对PRRSV的ORF5基因序列进行核苷酸和氨基酸同源性分析,显示该毒株与美洲型NADC30亲缘关系最为相近。
In order to diagnose disease in one pig farm in Zhejiang Province, the pigs in this farm were diagnosed as PRRSV infection by disease incidence, clinical symptoms, pathological examination and quantitative real-time PCR.By nucleotide and amino acid homology analysis of the ORF5 gene sequence of PRRSV, the results showed that the strain was most closely related to the American strain NADC30.
