磁性Salen-Co催化剂的制备及其催化拆分环氧氯丙烷 被引量:1

摘要 采用化学共沉淀法合成了Fe3O4@SiO2磁性粒子,将Salen-Co(Ⅲ)配合物包覆到Fe3O4@SiO2粒子表面,制备了磁性Fe3O4@SiO2@Salen-Co(Ⅲ)粒子,利用XRD,SEM,FTIR等分析手段对制备的Fe3O4@SiO2@Salen-Co(Ⅲ)进行结构表征,并将其应用于水解拆分外消旋体环氧氯丙烷,考察了制备的磁性拆分剂重复使用效果。表征结果显示,采用上述方法成功制备了粒径均匀的磁性Fe3O4@SiO2@Salen-Co(Ⅲ)粒子。实验结果表明,制备的磁性拆分剂对环氧氯丙烷拆分效果良好,水解拆分产物的平均对映体过量值为98.1%,平均产率达到48.3%,同时可以多次回收使用,是一种性能优良的磁性拆分剂。 Fe3O4@SiO2 magnetic particles were synthesized by a chemical co-precipitation method,and the magnetic Fe3O4@SiO2@Salen-Co(Ⅲ)particles were prepared by coating the Salen-Co(Ⅲ)complex to the surface of Fe3O4@SiO2 particles.The prepared Fe3O4@SiO2@Salen-Co(Ⅲ)was characterized by analytical methods such as XRD,SEM,and FTIR,and applied to the hydrolysis and resolution of racemic epichlorohydrin,and the reusability of the prepared magnetic resolution agent was investigated.Characterization results show that magnetic Fe3O4@SiO2@Salen-Co(Ⅲ)particles with uniform particle size have been successfully prepared by the above methods.The results show that the magnetic resolution agent has a good effect on the resolution of epichlorohydrin,with the average enantionmeric excesses value of the hydrolysis resolution product of 98.1%,and the average yield of 48.3%,which can be recycled many times,and is excellent in performance.
