摘要
目的了解成都市社区精神卫生防治(简称"精防")人员的心理健康状况与工作态度(包括工作满意度、职业倦怠及离职意向),探讨其心理健康与工作态度的关系。方法采用整群抽样法,选取成都市163名社区精防人员为研究对象,调查分析其一般情况、心理健康、工作态度。结果 31.29%的社区精防人员SCL-90得分高于全国常模;79.1%的社区精防人员工作总体满意度处于中值及以下水平,62.6%的社区精防人员存在不同程度的职业倦怠,22.1%的社区精防人员离职意向得分在中值水平之上。结论成都市社区精防人员的心理健康、工作满意度、职业倦怠、离职意向现状不容乐观,应采取积极有效的措施改善其心理健康水平,提高其工作满意度,降低职业倦怠,减少离职意向。
Objective To understand the mental health and working attitude(including work satisfaction, job burnout and turnover intention) of community mental health professionals in Chengdu, and explore the correlation between their mental health and working attitude. Methods Based on the cluster sampling, a total of 163 community mental health professionals in Chengdu were enrolled in the study. Their general information, mental health and working attitude were surveyed and analyzed. Results The professionals with a SCL-90 score above the national norm accounted for 31.29%, those with an overall work satisfaction not higher than the median accounted for 79.1%, those with different extents of job burnout accounted for 62.6%, and those with a score of turnover intention above the median accounted for 22.1%. Conclusion The status quo of the mental health, work satisfaction, job burnout and turnover intention of mental health professionals in Chengdu allows no optimism. Active and effective measures shall be taken to improve their mental health, lift the work satisfaction, eliminate the job burnout and decrease the turnover intention.
