将信息技术全面应用到教学过程中,便于融合教学资源,有利于教学资源开放。开放的教育培训,让每个人都有通过网络平台学习的机会,促进教育公平。但是,网络上的信息安全和开放教育的公信力,也随之成为一个新的问题。区块链技术去中心化、难篡改的特点,在金融领域已经实现了身份认证、记录用户操作行为等功能,因此将这些功能进行领域移植,针对区块链在开放教育中的身份验证、学分互认等领域的应用进行研究将非常有意义。

The application of information technology in the teaching process will facilitate the integration of teaching resources and the opening of teaching resources.Open education and training enable everyone to have the opportunity to learn through the network platform and promote educational equity.However,information security on the Internet,and the credibility of open education,has become a new problem.Blockchain technology is decentralized and the data is difficult to be tampered.It has already realized the functions of identity authentication and recording user’s operation behavior in the financial field.Therefore,it is very meaningful to transplant these functions into the field of open education and study the application of blockchain in the fields of identity verification and credit mutual recognition.
