红枣净油的热裂解产物分析及在卷烟中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用在线热裂解-气相色谱-质谱联用技术(Py-GC-MS)研究红枣净油的热裂解行为,在10%氧气和90%氮气的氛围中分别在300,450,600,750,900℃下进行裂解,并通过GC-MS分析其裂解产物。结果表明,①随着裂解温度的升高,裂解产物数量及大部分物质相对含量呈逐渐递增的趋势;②红枣净油裂解产物中主要成分为5-羟甲基糠醛、2-糠醛、糠醇、5-甲基糠醛;③经过3次重复试验,主要成分含量相对标准偏差最高为4.87%;④加入卷烟中进行感官评吸发现,添加量为0.03%时感官效果较好。 The on-line pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(Py-GC-MS)was used to study the thermal cracking behavior of jujube net oil,the cracking was carried out at 300,450,600,750,900℃in an atmosphere of 10%oxygen and 90%nitrogen,respectively,and the cracked product was analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that:①With the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the amount of cleavage products and the relative content of most substances are gradually increasing;②The main components of the jujube net oil cracking product are 5-hydroxymethylfurfural,2-furfural,furan methanol and 5-methylfurfural;③After three repeated tests,the relative standard deviation of the main component content was up to 4.87%;④Sensory evaluation was added to the cigarettes,and the sensory effect was better when the addition amount was 0.03%.
