摘要
“食品安全法”(2015年版)是“食品标准与法规”课程的重要内容,针对“食品安全法”教学中存在的不易通俗理解的难点问题,从教学方法、教学内容和应用实践等方面进行了项目教学的解读新法探索,使学生易于理解并能实践应用,取得良好的教学效果。
The Food Safety Law(2015 Edition)is an important part of the Food Standards and Regulations curriculum. In view of that difficult issue of the difficulty to be understood in the teaching of the food safety law,the new exploration of the teach method,teaching contents and application practice etc. have been carried out,so that the students can understand and apply them easily and get good teach results.
