布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Budesonide combined with Terbutaline aerosol inhalation on acute attack of asthma in children

目的讨论哮喘患儿采用布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入的疗效。方法选取2017年4月-2018年5月期间我院儿科收治的哮喘患儿90例,按随机数字表法分成试验组45例、对照组45例。试验组患儿采用布地奈德联合特布他林雾化进行治疗,给予对照组患儿常规治疗,对2组患儿的治疗有效率以及症状消失时间进行对比。结果试验组患儿的治疗有效率为95.55%,对照组为82.22%,差异显著(P<0.05);试验组的症状消失时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合特布他林雾化治疗急性发作的哮喘患儿疗效显著,可加快症状改善时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods Ninety children with asthma admitted to pediatrics department of our hospital from April 2017 to May 2018 were randomLy selected as the subjects of investigation and analysis.According to the random number table,45 children in the experimental group and 45 children in the control group were divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization,and the control group was given routine treatment.The treatment efficiency and the disappearance time of symptoms were compared and analyzed between the experimental group and the control group.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.55%,while that in the control group was only 82.22%.The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.The disappearance time of symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Concluslon Budesonide combined with terbutaline nebulization has a significant effect on children with acute attack of asthma,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
