非布司他辅助治疗伴高尿酸血症慢性牙周炎疗效及对患者血清炎性因子的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究非布司他辅助治疗伴高尿酸血症慢性牙周炎的疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取2016年6月-2018年6月期间在我院治疗的92例伴高尿酸血症慢性牙周炎患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组(46例)与观察组(46例)。对照组行常规抗菌治疗(碳酸氢钠+替硝唑+盐酸米诺环素),观察组在此基础上加用非布司他治疗,比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]与尿酸、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平。结果相比对照组,观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-1β、hs-CRP、尿酸、ET-1水平均较低,治疗总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上辅助非布司他治疗伴高尿酸血症慢性牙周炎,可提高临床疗效,降低血清炎性因子水平及血尿酸水平,改善内皮功能。
