薏梅降脂方对社区居民体重 血压 血糖及血脂干预效果的研究

摘要 目的观察薏梅降脂方对社区居民体重、血压、血糖及血脂的干预效果。方法71例患者给予服用薏梅降脂方结合饮食、运动调整治疗,对比治疗前后后体重、BMI、血压、血糖、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的变化。结果干预前后对比,患者体重平均减少5.19 kg,BMI、血压、血糖、TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著下降,HDL-C水平显著升高;治疗过程中均未出现腹痛、恶心、呕吐等现象,治疗结束后检测肝、肾功能未见异常。部分患者减少了降压、降糖、降脂西药的种类和数量。结论薏梅降脂方结合调整饮食运动对社区超重和肥胖居民进行干预,可减轻体重,改善血压、血糖、血脂,且无明显不良反应。 Objective to observe the clinical effects and adverse reactions of Yimei Jiangzhi Recipe on body weight,blood pressure,blood glucose and lipid of community residents.Methods the changes of body weight,BMI,blood pressure,blood glucose,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in 71 patients before and after treatment were compared by taking Yimei Jiangzhi Decoction combined with diet and exercise adjustment.Results Yimei Jiangzhi Decoction combined with diet and exercise adjustment,compared before and after the intervention,the average weight of patients decreased by 5.19 kg,BMI,blood pressure,blood glucose,TC,TG,LDL-C levels decreased significantly,HDL-C levels increased significantly.There were no abdominal pain,nausea or vomiting occurred during the treatment,and no abnormal liver or kidney function were detected after the treatment.Some patients thus reduced the types and quantities of antihypertensive,hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering western medicines.Conclusion Yimei Jiangzhi Decoction combined with dietary exercise adjustment can reduce body weight,improve blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid in overweight and obese residents of the community,without obvious adverse reactions.
