基于PLC的换热站Fuzzy-adaptive-PID控制策略简析

摘要 在换热站供热控制系统中引用Fuzzy-adaptive-PID控制策略,实时调整二次网热水的温度。换热站采用工业控制领域应用最广泛的PLC座位控制核心,采集换热站各项参数,实时监测外接环境温度变化,控制一次网调节阀,自动调节二次网的温度,使其保持在用户需要的范围内。实测结果表明,利用西门子PID控制模块,结合Fuzzy-adaptive-PID控制策略,应用数据分析和计算,实现供热相关指标的预测,并且消除了系统迟滞性的缺点,运行指令直接下发到每一台换热机组,形成了完整的闭环控制,从而提高换热站的运行效率。 Fuzzy-adaptive-PID control strategy is used in the heating control system of the heat-exchange station to adjust the water temperature of the secondary network in real time.The heat-exchange station adopts the PLC as the control core,which is most widely used in the industrial control field,to collect various parameters of the heatexchange station,monitor the temperature change of the external environment in real time,control the control valve of the primary network and automatically adjust the temperature of the secondary network so as to keep it within the suitable range.Actual test results show that combining Siemens PID control modules with the Fuzzy-adaptive-PID algorithm to analyze and calculate the application data can realize the prediction of related indicators for heating,eliminate hysteresis of the system and directly issue instructions to each heat-exchange unit to form a complete closed-loop control,thereby improving the operating efficiency of the heat-exchange station.
