秦淮河流域雨洪计算数学模型的研制

摘要 以往流域水利规划水文水利计算大多采用分区独立手工计算,计算精度低,计算繁杂,全局性差。论文将秦淮河流域上游支流和水库概化为计算小区,采用水文学方法计算,干流概化为河网,采用带子结构的河网不稳定流的有限单元法计算,构建了秦淮河流域雨洪计算模型,并介绍了模型的功能和实现过程。 In the past,most of the hydrological and hydraulic calculation in river basin water conservancy planning was done by manual calculation.The calculation accuracy was low,the calculation was complicated and the overall situation was poor.In this paper,the tributaries and reservoirs in the upper reaches of the Qinhuai River Basin are generalized as computational districts.The tributaries and reservoirs are calculated by hydrological method.The main stream is generalized into a river network,and the unstable flow of the river networkis calculated by the finite element method.The calculation model of rainwater and flood in Qinhuai River Basin is constructed,and the function and realization process of the model are introduced.
