"田园综合体"一词2017年被正式写入中央一号文件,距今已有两年之余,而其市场探索已然更早,但目前依然处于摸索中,尚未形成足以为行业借鉴的规划建设模式,随着我国高新科技的不断涌入,更加全面的分析建设方式,更加智能与低能耗的运营模式,是未来田园综合体建设的重大趋势。文章将高新技术融入田园综合体规划建设全过程,迎合未来发展趋势,探索一条智慧田园综合体规划路径,为日后田园综合体建设提供一些参考。

The term"Rural complex"was formally written into the Central No.1 document in 2017.It has been more than two years ago,and its market exploration has already been earlier.However,as a new concept or form of business,it is still in the process of exploration.The development model that is sufficient for the industry to learn from has not yet been formed.With the continuous influx of high and new technologies in our country,the more comprehensive analysis and construction methods,and the more intelligent and low-energy operating modes are the major trends for the construction of rural complexes in the future.In this paper,high and new technologies are integrated into the whole process of integrated planning and construction of pastoral areas,catering to the future development trend,and exploring a planning path of intelligent rural complex.It will provide some references for the future construction of rural complex.
