摘要
以胶红酵母R.mucilaginosa CICC 33013菌株代谢的胞外多糖REPS为研究对象,经DEAE-52纤维素层析和Sephadex G-100凝胶柱层析分离纯化得到单一组分多糖REPS2-A,采用离子色谱法测定多糖组分REPS2-A中单糖组成。结果表明,多糖组分REPS2-A由阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖4种单糖组成,摩尔比为0.2∶63.1∶18.3∶18.3。其中半乳糖的含量占到50%以上,阿拉伯糖含量最低。
The extracellular polysaccharide REPS,which was metabolizing by strain R.mucilaginosa CICC 33013,was isolated and purified by DEAE-52 cellulose chromatography and Sephadex G-100 gel column chromatography.The single component polysaccharide REPS2-A was obtained and the monosaccharide composition of the polysaccharide component was determined by ion chromatography.The results showed that REPS2-A was composed of arabinose,galactose,glucose and mannose with the molar ratio of 0.2∶63.1∶18.3∶18.3.The content of galactose accounted for more than 50%.The content of arabinose is the lowest.
