摘要 “民以食为天,食以安为先,安以质为本”,食品作为人类最古老的交易商品之一,质量与安全是其作为商品最基本的条件之一。近年来,食品安全问题频发,不仅给社会带来了风险及不利影响,并且给消费者带来巨大的经济损失和心理伤害,对消费者的行为也造成了一定的影响。从认知的角度,食品安全可以分为客观性食品安全和主观性食品安全,其中主观性食品安全对消费者行为影响尤为重要。通过消费者主观性食品安全的成因分析及其对消费行为影响的探讨,明确消费过程中主观性食品安全对消费者购买选择的影响,旨在为政府的管控措施提供理论支撑,为政府政策制度的制定提供现实可靠的依据。 “People take food as the heaven,food as the first,and quality as the basis”.Food is one of the oldest trading commodities of human beings.Quality and safety are one of the most basic conditions for its products.In recent years,food safety problems have occurred frequently,which not only brought risks and adverse effects to the economy and society,but also brought huge economic losses and psychological harm to consumers,which also had a certain impact on consumers'behavior.From a cognitive perspective,food safety can be divided into objective food safety and subjective food safety,in which subjective food safety is particularly important for consumer behavior.This paper analysed the causes of consumer subjective food safety and its impact on consumer behavior,clarifies the impact of subjective food safety on consumer purchasing choices in the consumption process,in order to provide theoretical support for government control measures for government policies.The formulation of the system provides a realistic and reliable basis.
