摘要
发动机的密封性会影响到汽车的经济性、动力性和可靠性指标。发动机的密封性作为重要过程特性在发动机生产中进行100%监控。结合过程监控的失效案例,分析探讨了密封性失效的根本原因及改善措施,通过优化缸盖加工工艺提升了发动机整体的密封性,对类似失效模式的原因分析改善具有一定参考意义。
The engine sealing performance will affect the economy,power and reliability of automobile.Engine tightness is 100%monitored as an important process characteristic.Combined with the failure cases of process monitoring,this paper analyzes and discusses the root cause of seal failure and improvement actions,and improves the overall engine seal by optimizing the cylinder head processing technology,which has certain reference significance for the analysis and improvement of similar failure mode.
