摘要
通过对路面养护施工过程中对沥青路面碎料吸拾和收集现状的分析,研究工程清扫车的沉降箱对除尘过程中的气流影响。首先建立沉降箱的模型,完成对整体参数的计算;其次将所建立的模型进行简化处理完成流场的仿真分析,得出风道出口气流速度过大的缺点;最后通过增设弧形挡板来对结构进行改进,改变气流速度,提高除尘效果,并结合所得仿真结果进行验证。
This paper studies the influence of the deposition chamber on airflow in the process of dedusting,through analyzing the current situation of the picking and collecting of the asphalt pavement during the road maintenance construction.Firstly establishing the model of the deposition chamber and completing the calculation of the overall parameters.Secondly,simplifing the model to complete the simulation analysis of the flow field,and obtaining the shortcoming of the airflow velocity at the exit of the air duct.Finally,adding the curved board to improve the structure,changing the airflow speed,improving the dedusting effect,and verifying the obtained simulation results.
