摘要
在塑料进气歧管的设计开发过程中,需要评估其是否能够承受怠速进气负压、增压压力和发动机回火产生的较大爆发压力。利用FEA软件,通过对进气歧管进行爆破仿真分析,确定进气歧管可承受的最大爆破压力范围和应力分布情况,对进气歧管的设计可靠性提供了明确的优化方向。
In the design and development of the plastic intake manifold,it is necessary to evaluate whether it can withstand the large explosion pressure caused by flashback,idling negative pressure and supercharge pressure.Through the blasting analysis of intake manifold by using FEA software,the maximum blasting pressure range and stress distribution can be determined.The results provide a clear direction for the design reliability of intake manifold.
