无碳小车双“8”字形轨迹结构设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对2018年第六届全国大学生工程训练综合能力的命题“8”字形赛道常规赛的要求,对无碳小车进行创新设计。通过重锤的驱动,经过一系列的传动机构传给主驱动轮,通过基于盘形凸轮的转向机构,带动小车按照预定轨迹,跑出双“8”字形的轨迹。通过微调机构和限位孔在现场拆车、装车后能够尽快迅速恢复原始定位。结果表明,该无碳小车能完成22次双“8”字形绕桩运动,验证了机构的合理性。 In accordance with the requirements of the“8”figurehead track regular season of the sixth national college students’engineering training comprehensive ability in 2018,the car without carbon is innovatively designed.Through the drive of the hammer,through a series of transmission mechanism to the main drive wheel,through the steering mechanism based on disk CAM,drive the car in accordance with the predetermined trajectory,run out of double“8”shape trajectory.The original position can be restored as soon as possible after disassembly and loading on site by means of fine-tuning mechanism and limit hole.The experimental results show that the car can complete 22 times of double“8”-shaped pile movement,which verifies the rationality of the mechanism.
