颗粒捕集器压差传感器位置的试验研究

摘要 通过在同一台发动机的汽油颗粒捕集器(GPF)上在不同位置安装压差传感器进行对比试验,研究了压差传感器安装在不同位置对于GPF控制的影响。结果表明:压差传感器安装在不同的位置得到的压差差异很大,对于碳载量压差预估模型的建立以及GPF再生控制有不同的影响。 By installing differential pressure sensors at different positions on the gasoline particle trap(GPF)of the same engine for comparative tests,the influence of differential pressure sensors installed at different positions on GPF control was studied.The results show that the differential pressure sensors installed at different positions have great difference in the differential pressure,which has different effects on the establishment of the carbon load differential pressure prediction model and GPF regeneration control.
