摘要
干熄焦罐在焦化厂干熄焦生产中起着关键性的作用,其使用性能好坏直接关系到干熄焦炉生产的发电系统连续性、稳定性、安全性。为确保焦罐设备的安全可靠运行,使干熄焦生产获得最大的效益,并大幅降低生产成本,在为焦化厂修补干熄焦罐过程中,多次到焦化厂现场收集现用传统干熄焦罐使用的数据和资料对传统焦罐的结构进行了全面改造设计,研发出新型节能环保干熄焦罐。新型节能环保干熄焦罐主要采用了耐火材料替代原浇注合金衬板,用整圈钢板替代原有的拼接框架结构,使焦罐增加密封和保温功能,进一步提高干熄焦罐使用过程中的安全性、稳定性,同时大量减少维修成本及维修人员的劳动强度。
The CDQ coke tank plays a key role in the production of CDQ coke in coking plant.In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of coke cans of equipment,production of dry quenching achieve maximum efficiency,and greatly reduce the production cost,for coking plant repair dry quenching tank in the process,many times to the scene of the coking plant to collect data and information of the current conventional dry quenching tank using the structure of traditional coke cans made a comprehensive renovation design,the development of new energy-saving environmental protection dry quenching tank.New energy-saving environmental protection dry quenching tank is mainly adopted to replace the original casting refractory alloy plate,with the whole circle plates to replace the original stitching frame structure,increase the coke cans sealing and heat preservation function,further improve the security and stability in the process of using dry quenching tank,at the same time a large number of reducing maintenance cost and the labor intensity of maintenance personnel.
