The car body-in-white provides a mounting point for the seat.Due to the requirements of national safety regulations on the seat,the body structure of the mounting point must have certain strength requirements to ensure that the seat cannot fail during normal use,thus posing safety risks to customers.This paper introduces the failure of seat pull-out and the process of solving the problem during the seat use simulation test of a certain vehicle type.
