摘要
以ANSYS数值模拟为手段,分析了在两种工况下,工业回转窑用锚固卡件结合点的热变形状况。结果表明:在高温下,锚固卡、锚固砖和窑壳均会以回转窑为圆心向外膨胀,因膨胀系数不同三者的膨胀量也有差异但并不明显。在内衬脱落工况下,结合点最大尺寸差为2.237mm。
Based on ANSYS numerical simulation,the thermal deformation of the bonding point of anchorage clips used in industrial rotary kiln under two working conditions was analyzed. The results show that the anchor clip,anchor brick and kiln shell will expand outward with the rotary kiln as the center at high temperature. There are also differences in the volume of expansion due to the different coefficient of expansion,but it is not obvious. And the maximum size difference of the bonding point is 2.237 mm at the working condition of lining falling off.
