摘要
研究了影响新型除钴剂除钴的主要因素以及除钴过程中杂质元素的行为,探索了新型除钴剂除钴的工艺条件。试验结果表明:当除铜镉后液含镉较高时,需要消耗更高倍数的药剂量,当含镉低于10mg/L时,除钴剂的耗量为钴量的18倍~20倍,除钴后液含钴降至0.5mg/L以下,通过小试电积试验观察未发现由于除钴剂导致的“烧板”现象。
The main factors affecting cobalt removal by New Cobalt remover and the behavior of impurity elements in the process of cobalt removal were studied, and the technological conditions of cobalt removal by New Cobalt remover were explored. The results show that when the content of cadmium in the liquid is higher after removing copper and cadmium, it needs to consume a higher multiple of agents. When the content of cadmium is lower than 10 mg/L, the consumption of cobalt remover is 18 ~ 20 times of that of cobalt, and the content of cobalt in the liquid is lower than 0.5 mg/L after removing cobalt.
