冶金炉窑结瘤原因及解决方案研究

摘要 双膛竖窑由于占地面积小、耐材砌筑简单、能耗低等优点,成为最有潜力的节能型炉窑。双膛竖窑是国际上最先进的大型双膛竖窑之一,具有广泛的应用前景。本文针对某金属冶炼厂使用双膛竖窑出现的结瘤问题进行了多方面原因分析,并对双膛竖窑的操作工艺进行了调整。调整后,较好的避免了该炉窑结瘤问题。同时给出了结瘤判断和预防的方法,用于指导今后的生产中减少结瘤问题的发生。 Dual-chamber shaft kiln has become the most potential energy-saving kiln because of its small area, simple refractory construction and low energy consumption. Double-chamber shaft kiln is one of the most advanced large-scale double-chamber shaft kilns in the world, which has a wide application prospect. In this paper, the causes of nodulation in a metal smelter using a double-chamber shaft kiln are analyzed in many aspects, and the operation technology of the doublechamber shaft kiln is adjusted. After adjustment, the problem of nodulation in the kiln was avoided. Meanwhile, the methods of judging and preventing nodules are given to guide the production in the future to reduce the occurrence of nodules.
