摘要
本文将M含金铜矿石当作主要的研究对象,采用的破碎方式为高压辊磨机与颚式破碎机两种,分别对两种粉碎产品进行浮选实验研究,之后分析并讨论不同粉碎方式对含金铜矿石浮选指标产生的影响。通过实验与研究结果可以看出,基于磨矿细度-74μm75%基础上,相比于颚式破碎—球磨产品浮选方式来说,高压辊磨-球磨产品浮选方式可以获取更高的产品产率,可提升0.14%,金品位可提高0.64g/t,提高金回收率2.8%,铜的品位可提升0.73%,铜的回收率可提升6.19%。与此同时,本文还对不同粉碎方式下的磨矿产品浮选效果进行经济性的比较。
In this paper, M gold-bearing copper ore is regarded as the main research object. Two crushing methods, high-pressure roller mill and jaw crusher, are used to carry out flotation experiments on two crushing products respectively. Afterwards, the effects of different crushing methods on flotation indexes of gold-bearing copper ore are analyzed and discussed. Based on grinding fineness-74μm75%, compared with the E-type crushing-ball milling product flotation method, the high-pressure roller-ball milling product flotation method can achieve higher product yield, increase 0.14%, gold grade can increase 0.64 g/t, increase gold recovery rate by 2.8%, copper grade can increase 0.73%, copper recovery rate can increase 6.19%. At the same time, this paper also compares the flotation efficiency of grinding products under different grinding methods.
