摘要
以钨酸铵、硝酸钴、碳粉为原材料,采用共沉淀-喷雾干燥法成功制备出超细WC-Co复合粉。利用XRD、激光粒度仪分析方法对粉末的物相和粒径进行了表征,研究了还原碳化温度对粉末平均粒径的影响。结果表明:粉末平均粒径随着还原碳化温度的升高而增大;经共沉淀-喷雾干燥、空气中750℃焙烧2h得到的钨钴氧化物复合粉在1100℃还原碳化2h可以得到主相为WC-Co、平均粒径为0.68μm的超细WC-Co复合粉。
Ultrafine WC-Co composite powder was prepared with ammonium tungstate,cobalt nitrate and carbon powder as raw materials by co-precipitation-spray drying method. By means of XRD and laser particle size analyzer,the material phase and particle size of powder were characterized. The results show that the average particle size of powder increases with the increase of reduction carbonization temperature. The ultra-fine WC-Co composite powder with a main phase of WC-Co and an average particle size of 0.68μm can be obtained by heating Tungsten cobalt oxide compound powder 2h at 1100℃ which obtained by co-precipitation-spray drying and baking at 2h at 750℃.
